ABOUT US
Lighthouse Architecture is a design based architectural design company in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The company was established in 2019, Based in Whitley Bay we work across the north east providing innovative design solutions.
We work with a wide range of architecture dealing with a mixed schemes. In the past few years LHA has dealt with a vast portfolio of schemes from large apartment conversions, HMO,s to bespoke extensions, with experience in both new builds and refurbishments. Most recent commercial Schemes have included Resteraunt's - Soft Play and Bars.
We are passionate about a one to one approach and provide our clients with the best possible interaction throughout the design process. Within the design process we regularly discuss the project meaning the design is end product of the client/Architect.
THE PROCESS
All architectural works can be a daunting prospect, we are here to guide you through the process. Advising you throughout the design stages to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
Dealing with all aspects of Architectural Services from Planning Approval Drawings – 3d Visualisations to help you envisage your thoughts.
Through to on site/ technical delivery – working with local Building control to achieve the best and most effective results.

COSTINGS
Are you wondering - Can we afford this? How much will the works cost? We are here to help, We have recently introduced a BRAND NEW process into our working.
The new element provides initial sketch ideas with a series of costings ( working with local builders) providing you potential possibilities prior to moving through planning etc.
